Welcome to the Bell Micro Sales Library



The Bell Micro Sales Training library is a resource for sales managers.   The training, tools, templates and games within the site support the continual development of of sales staff outside of formal classroom training. 

Within the library you will find downloadable resources that support and add to the Contibution Selling Workshop, and the Account Planning Workshop delivered by Exceed, in additon to much more.

Step 1 - logon, your user name is your first and surname ie joeblogs your password is your first initail and surname ie jbloggs

Step 2 - Click on to the sales training tab, and select the catagory of courses you are interested in

Step 3 - Select the course you are interested, click onto the file and the  file will download on to your desk top

Sales Skills training courses. Within this set of sales training courses the material ranges from customer service skills, telephone based selling, face to face selling and complex / strategic selling techniques. There are training courses suitable for every level and experience ranging from new sales starters through to very experience sales staff.

Sales Management training courses. The courses in this section contain material that cover every part of a sales managers role. This ranges from the hiring of sales people, the induction of sales people, the motivation and retention of sales people and the dismissal of sales people. It also covers soft skills such as how to conduct successful sales meeting and how to effectively mentor and coach sales staff to improve their sales performance.

Sales Operations training courses. The modules in this section can help sales leaders and sales managers to improve visibility and accountability throughout the entire sales and customer life cycle process. Many of the sales training courses look at quality techniques for example the lean six sigma toolset and six sigma tool set which allows managers to improve the efficiency and effectualness of sales functions.

Sales Strategy courses. These are aimed at sales leaders and managers looking to create innovative strategies to improve company performance.
